Labor Representatives

Tom O'Brien

Tom is a graduate of Fresno State University and a former Army Ranger. Tom was employed for many years as a deputy with the Fresno County Sheriff's Department and served as the president of the Fresno County Deputy Sheriff's Association. For the last several years, Tom has served as a labor representative. Tom has negotiated collective bargaining agreements and handled disciplinary investigations, appeals, and virtually every other type of labor relations problem that could arise.
