Tawni O. Parr, Esq.

Tawni O. Parr, Esq ¾is a senior attorney in our labor, employment and litigation team. ¾Tawni specializes in plaintiff and defense side issues in civil litigation and administrative hearings. Tawni is a Legal Defense Fund (ÜLDF¹) panel attorney and has successfully represented numerous individuals and associations in labor grievances, disciplinary appeals before the State Personnel Board and in complex civil litigation, writs and appeals within the State, Federal and Appellate courts.

Tawni shares her knowledge and experience in legal liability as a part-time faculty member at CSU Sacramento. Tawni also presents on civil liability and related issues for POST and at labor/law enforcement workshops and conferences.

When not working, Tawni enjoys time with her husband and daughter. She is also a nationally ranked martial artist and an accomplished mountain biker and adventure racer.
