Steve has over 20 years of experience as a labor representative specializing in law enforcement negotiations, investigations, and disciplinary appeals. Steve has served as chief negotiator on hundreds of difficult, high-pressure contract campaigns yielding favorable results for his clients. He has invaluable experience in the strategies and tactics necessary to build, maximize, and sustain a client's bargaining power. Steve has represented countless law enforcement officers during internal affairs investigations and disciplinary cases and is considered to be one of the top labor law enforcement labor representatives in California.
