Stephen Palazzo, Esq.

Stephen V. Palazzo brings to Goyette & Associates, Inc., experience in personnel matters, family law, and most notably his work at the Conflict Public Defender’s Office in Sacramento. Steve focuses in the labor/employee relations and litigation departments at the Firm were he represents correctional officers, police, fire and many other City and County public employees. He is involved in all aspects of labor law relating to the discipline of employees from initial critical incident response and internal affairs investigations through hearings before arbitrators and the State Personnel Board.

With his knowledge and expertise acquired at the Conflict Public Defender’s Office, Steve is also heavily involved in representing individuals in criminal and civil trials.
