Mark Swartz, Esq.

Mark R. Swartz, Of Counsel to Goyette & Associates, Inc., is dedicated solely to helping those who have been harmed or injured by the wrongful acts of others due to motor vehicle collisions, falls, defective products, work-related injuries, construction accidents, dangerous conditions of public property, denials of insurance coverage, and sexual harassment. Those cases are his specialty and the only cases that he handles.

Mark’s career began as a Deputy District Attorney with the L.A. County District Attorney’s Office, where he worked from 1985 to 1990. He continued with the Sacramento County District Attorney’s Office until 1997. Since 1997, he has exclusively specialized in plaintiff’s personal injury cases. Over the past 20 years, he has tried over 100 jury trials to verdict, including over 20 murder trials.

Mark personally handles every case and each receives his full attention. Cases are not handed off to an associate or a paralegal. His goal is to achieve full and fair compensation for every client, depending upon the nature of the injury and the degree of defendant’s liability.
