Luciano Beltran

Luce began his law enforcement career as a military police officer in 1972, and continued it as a police officer in the California communities of Atwater, Oakdale, and Modesto. Luce brings his 13 years of experience in negotiating collective bargaining agreements, representing employees in investigations and disciplinary proceedings, and handling union affairs to the firm. Luce also served as Secretary to the Valley Chapter of the Peace Officers' Research Association of California. Before joining G & A, Luce was a Labor Representative with Operating Engineers, Local No. 3.

A.A. in Police Science, Merced college; B.S. in Criminology, Fresno State University.
